Consignment Terms for Trading Cards

Effective from November 1 2023, we are pleased to announce that we are now accepting both raw and graded trading cards for consignment. Below are our updated terms and conditions for consignment:

1. Processing Time:

Consignment items received will be listed within three weeks of arrival (mail-in submissions only).

Orders containing fewer than 50 cards will generally be posted within one week.

For orders exceeding 50 cards, listing may take between two to four weeks and may be processed in batches.

2. Payouts:

Payouts are calculated based on the individual sales price of each card, in accordance with our rate table.

For Paypal payouts (Goods and Services), requests are processed within two business days, reflecting the available balance.

Check payouts incur a $10 fee for priority mailing with tracking and are dispatched within five business days.

ACH transfers (subject to a $5 fee) and Wire transfers (subject to a $30 fee) are executed within two business days.

3. Submission Guidelines:

A complete list of items for consignment must be submitted using the provided form, ensuring both parties have a record.

We reserve the right to lot multiple items of the same card or those that do not meet expectations, as opposed to selling them individually.

In the event that we anticipate that most cards in an order will not attract bids, we reserve the right to return the order after contacting you. Please consider that most cards should sell for over $10 and average $50 to utilize our services optimally.

4. Unsold Items:

All items start at a $0.99 auction. Items that do not receive bids will incur a $3 unsold item fee and will be retained by us for future listing.

5. Item Conditions:

Raw cards should be in nm/mt condition or better. All graded cards are welcome.

Cards must be unaltered in any form.

In the case of returns, items will be re-auctioned, and the consignor may be responsible for any difference in value.

6. Zero Tolerance Policy:

Bidding on your own auctions is strictly prohibited. Violators of this policy will be barred from future consignments.

If a card sale remains unpaid, the item will be relisted approximately 2-3 weeks after the initial auction closes.

7. Shipping:

Indy Card Stock determines all shipping costs. Any shipping fees established and collected on eBay are solely the responsibility of Indy Card Stock. Consignors are not eligible for any of the shipping fees collected. Indy Card Stock utilizes these fees to ensure items are appropriately packaged, safeguarded, and delivered to the final recipient.
